    I'm Kim Plummer, an experienced clinical hypnotherapist and supporter of change. I work from my private practices in both Eastbourne and Polegate, and I have a special interest in supporting women who are experiencing menopausal symptoms, as well as those who need help in raising their self-esteem.

    You always know when something isn't working, when you keep going round and round in circles, doing the same thing over and over and yet somehow feeling just a bit worse every time. The ability to break out and do something different can seem daunting, almost impossible - but what if you could? What if you could make those changes, to find something you thought was lost or even create something completely new?

    That's where I come in. I can support you by helping you understand what you may need to do, to teach you new ways of seeing and doing things, to use my experience to create a programme of change specifically for you using a blend of hypnotherapy, nlp, mindfulness and coaching.
